Technical Talent Acquisition Mgr Dulles, VA OR Baltimore, MD 6 Months plus possible extension or perm Job Description As a recruiter, your high degree of technical job knowledge around staffing and staffing programs will be heavily called on as you identify, attract, and close top talent in the Baltimore, MD and Dulles, VA regions. You are a driven, competitive, collaborative recruiter creating great relationships with your hiring managers in order to identify the right candidate. Your consultative approach will serve you well in this position, enabling you to work proactively with your clients to present the most qualified candidates and drive the process to a successful hire. Your Day Partner with leaders in various locations to build and execute hiring strategies, creating and agreeing upon appropriate service level agreements with hiring managers Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques. Qualifications 3 years technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team Able to communicate to our technology/industry. Interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities. Tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities.
