Responsibilities Reviews and responds or coordinates responses to high-profile, complex, and sensitive executive correspondence Develops, coordinates and monitors the implementation and effectiveness of viable strategic plans pertaining to assigned projects or programs. Setup and Evaluate Process, Compliance and Monitoring Oversees all aspects of a project over the entire project life-cycle. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project to affirm a precise delivery timeframe. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across stakeholders Develops in-depth familiarity with functionalbusiness scope and project objectives. Setting up Project management practice and oversee direct the project team Setup process for communication of Risk, Issues and decision Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Participate in establishing templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organizationbusiness unit Required Skills Experience Thought leader with a perspective of establishing a viable PMO service and supporting delivery of projects Significant experience at a senior level in a PMO Function Overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status. Strong project management and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage a range of projects types and complex business initiatives Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting Capability to track project benefits realization and lessons learnt activities to support on-going process improvements Ability to monitor and report on project budgetscost across the portfolio at stakeholder and Sponsor levels Ability to mentor and coach the PMO and project teams to effectively implement the Project Delivery Approach Ability to manage and motive virtual or matrix project teams as well as the PMO Knowledge of process improvement models and standards (CMMI, ISO, COBIT) Advanced skills in relation to PPM PMO tools Experience working in a client facing environment Exposure to PPMPMO tools Qualifications Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization Recognized formal project management certification (PMPACPPrince2CSP or equivalent) Agile Coach Scrum Certification.
